Fun Fact: It was originally prepared for Queen Elizabeth’s coronation in 1953 as a twist on a traditional chicken salad. It was seasoned with curry powder to give a nice kick. Modern versions include flaked almonds, raisins, and even crème fraiche. Our plant based version includes Japanese sweet potatoes, which provide a sweet touch, and a cashew cream curry dressing, which packs lots of flavor.
