Our Indian spiced waffle is our take on a pakora. A pakora is a spiced fritter originating in India and sold at street vendors and restaurants. It is well seasoned with anti-inflammatory spices such as cumin, black pepper and turmeric and ginger. Normally fried, we take ours to the next level by making it into a baked waffle packed with cauliflower, cilantro and high protein chickpea flour.
